On Friday October 28th, 2011, the 22nd Vancouver Tourism Awards Gala Breakfast was held at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.  With guest speakers The Buried Life entertaining over 650 guests and nominees in attendance with tales of living their dreams and encouraging others to do so, the morning left people buzzing with inspiration.

Here’s what some of them had to say:

I attended the Gala Event yesterday as a nominee.  It was an outstanding event!  The line up of prizes was spectacular, especially the Grand Prize.  The favours at each place were thoughtful, fun and generous.  The keynote speakers were inspiring, entertaining and impressive.  The greetings from the guests at the ‘head table’ added to the positive and swift moving agenda.  The ‘heads/tails’ contest was a nail-biter and a very fair and fun way to select the winner of the Grand Prize especially as we are all winners.

Thank you for organizing such a professional, high calibre event and creating the opportunity for organizations to recognize their own staff by hosting their participation at the Gala.
