Somewhere in our friendly city we’re sure you'll meet someone – a waiter, sales clerk, cab driver, tour director or any one of a hundred others – whose welcome made you happy to be in Vancouver. That person could be the winner of this month’s Tourism Award. Send us his or her name if you know it – if not, the time, the day, the place: for example, “The doorman on duty at Hotel X Tuesday, January 6 at 2 p.m.” Describe the circumstances and what you found to be an example of outstanding hospitality. Winners are selected monthly and presented with the Vancouver Tourism Award and prizes donated by participating sponsors.
