Due to an accident on the Lion’s Gate Bridge, traffic was backed up along Georgia Street. Quite a number of the Aquarium staff and visitors found themselves stranded in the park because taxis and buses could not come in. It is at that moment when Dennis came in to inform everyone of the traffic situation. He then went above and beyond his duty by offering everyone a ride out of the park.

As a fellow worker in the tourism field, it is our job to make sure our visitors have the best experience possible in Vancouver. Dennis provided this by turning what could be a very frustrating experience for the guest to a very positive and unique one.
