I am writing this letter to let you know about the amazing guest service I received from one of your employees.
In my journey, I broke off the heel to one of my boots. We had a booth in the ballroom and needed to begin setting up. Due to the fact that there were no stores open until noon, I was at a loss as to what I was going to do.
One of your employees, Judy Waddell, met our team at the loading dock. When I explained my situation to her she quickly asked what size my feet were. She then went and retrieved her own boots from her locker and gave them to me to wear. Over the course of the event, Judy was more than helpful, always smiling and very competent in her job set.
I believe employees like her are a true asset to a company. In my opinion, for a staff memeber to lend a piece of clothing to a complete stranger is above and beyond. Judy is what makes a guest's experience and memory - you are lucky to have her on your team.
