Pacific Gateway Hotel

Rock saw us at the airport waiting for our shuttle.  He noticed our green Discover Alaska bag tags and told us he knew exactly where we needed to go.  Rather than having us wait for the hotel shuttle, he kindly drove us to our hotel.  He was very friendly!  The next morning he was concierge at the hotel and double checked on our luggage for us.  He remember our faces from the day before.  So nice and kind!
