I hope this email finds you well. I just wanted to send a sincere thank you note for the accommodations provided during my stay from April 7th to 14th at your hotel.

I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn, but during this particular stay, I received the support that really made a difference. This came from one of the members of your staff at the front desk during a moment of stress for me. To my dismay, and even though I asked her name, I have forgotten the name of this individual who helped me. I received great support from her after being mugged on the street.

They took my wallet with all my cash, credit cards and two pieces of identification. Jane helped me to find the numbers to contact Visa and American Express to report my credit cards as stolen, and allowed me a $100 cash advance from my American Express, which was enough to give myself the means to go back home the next day. Furthermore, she also provided me with a cold beverage.

In moments like that, it is wonderful to find support from people like her. Now that I feel better about that incident, I just wanted to express my sincerest thanks.

Please help me reach this Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites representative who helped me. I apologize for not remembering her name. She gives your hotel a very good reputation of hospitality and great service.

I am looking forward to staying at the Holiday Inn on my next trip to Vancouver. I leave you with the certainty that I am a very satisfied and grateful customer.
