A note of thanks for the great service we received. I had a group of 15 for the Vancouver post tour of the Capilano Suspension Bridge and City Tour. We had a late start to the tour, but our driver, Louise, made sure we would have the full tour. Due to the excessive amount of luggage, a second bus was required to take our luggage to the hotel while we were on the tour. I think this was a great idea. Our luggage arrived all together and was stored by the Holiday Inn for us.

The only bad part was the bus was not sufficiently air conditioned and due to the unusual heat, it was overwhelming and the company made sure every seat was occupied! We made an additional stop for four people. Our driver Louise was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. She stopped often so we could get water and cool air.

Unfortunately, while we were at the Cleveland Dam in North Vancouver, one of the passengers became serious ill and an ambulance had to be called. Louise stayed with us until he was taken to the hospital. We kept in touch with the group by phone and Louise stayed after the tour to make sure we had a ride to the hotel.

This was above her duties and I cannot thank her enough! She continued to provide assistance to us on her own time and she even found a pharmacy open all night so we could get our friend his medication.

I will definitely use West Coast Sightseeing and Shore Trips again and recommend them to all of my fellow agents!
