During a recent conference at the Pacific Palisades Hotel (NASAGA, from October 10th to 14th), Pierre Arcand took charge of making the even the best for the participants, the presenters and the organizers. He seemed to be in every venue when you needed him. Most of the time, he was ahead of our questions. He had an uncanny sense of understanding how to make the conference a special event for visitors from around the world. His first attitude and response was always, “Yes, what is the question?”
