I was visiting Vancouver from England and I have limited mobility because I use a wheelchair. Ali Shamel made me feel very relaxed and safe in his taxi. He gave me a guided tour of Stanley Park and Downtown Vancouver. It felt wonderful to feel like a normal human being. I enjoyed Ali Shamel’s company very much and I felt privileged to be in his taxi.
