We arrived from Europe and our luggage was lost. Mr. Devin comforted us during dinner and tried to locate our luggage through our airline.

Once he realized that our luggage would not be arriving that evening, he called his wife to have her bring us a t-shirt. After 11:30 pm, our luggage arrived and we were able to start our three week trip across Canada on the right foot.

We have been back at home for a week now and we are still talking about the wonderful gesture of Mr. Devin.

We are in the tourism industry and an Ambassador like Mr. Devin is what makes your country tourism vibrant.
