Sarah went above and beyond her role to ensure that we and our young son were welcome in Manhattan Restaurant every evening for dinner. My husband broke his ankle very badly whilst we were on holiday in Vancouver. So, during meals he needed to raise his leg while sitting.

Each evening, when we cane down to dinner, a table was already set up for my family and ensure comfort for my husband. Sarah was always smiling and courteous, and made us feel very special. Our young son also thought she was lovely as Sarah knew he liked toast and had it made especially for him.

Now that we are back home in England, our son still refers to her as the lovely lady who made delicious toast!
