We had 11 passengers booked on a flight from Whistler to Victoria.  Daren went out of his way to assist us in handling a situation that could have gone sideways very quickly. All flights were canceled due to the heavy smoke in the area, which left us with 11 passengers, who were expecting to fly to Victoria, with no transportation. We weren't able to get in touch with all of those guests so Darren helped us tremendously by having his staff meet the guests at the designated meeting location and time, explain the situation to them and have them come back to that spot at a later time while one of our drivers made their way up to Whistler from Vancouver. He then arranged a flight out of Vancouver specifically for our guests so that they could still get to Victoria that same day.

His willingness to assist us in every possible way was simply amazing. It could have been a disaterous day for these guests but he created the best possible solution and really helped make a memorable trip for them.  We could not have handled this without him!
