I am a member and was there twice this week with my daughter. I wanted to let you know that we went to grab a coffee and there was an employee working on that area named Henry W. I was trying to get a highchair out and he noticed right away and came to help me, and then thoroughly cleaned it before he offered to take it to my table. I was really impressed. As I sat there he went around to every table (it was busy) and literally picked people's jackets up off the floor and in my opinion went above and beyond to be helpful and ensure the area was clean.
