A traveler shared that they accidentally lost their wallet while visiting Vancouver. Richard went out of his way to track them down in the UK and then stayed in close contact with both the guest and UPS to help arrange its return.
 

It was the friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful support throughout the whole process that made it special, making sure everything went smoothly until the wallet safely made it back to the UK.
