Raluca made sure my breakfast was extra special by finding the best possible jam from the buffet and she went into the kitchen to find me special coconut milk. This is extraordinary because I did not ask her to do these things.  She seemed to know exactly how to make my meal better and she was a wonderful caregiver, and friendly and kind.  I felt like she genuinely wanted to make my day better with her kindness and light personality.
