Big Bus Vancouver l Westcoast Sightseeing

On Aug 9th My husband and I were spending the last day of our vacation taking the Big Bus Hop on off tour through Vancouver. We had had a wonderful trip through Alaska for the 10 days prior to this. When taking the tram to the airport I discovered my phone was no longer in my pocket. I figured it had fallen out on the bus that had just dropped us off at stop 14. I contacted Big Bus and spoke with Monica and asked if she could somehow ask drivers to be on the lookout for a phone to be turned in. She was calm and reassuring as I was feeling stressed. We agreed that I would follow up once at my gate at the airport. 

I proceeded to track my phone through my ipad and re contacted Monica to inform her of the area my phone appeared to be. She pulled up the GPS from her end and was able to determine which bus my phone was on. From what I understand, it was the end of her day and before she left she personally went onto that bus and found my phone. She immediately called us back before our flight was to leave to inform me that she had found it. She emailed the UPS form right away and we were able to complete the form, email it back and by Tuesday at noon my phone was at my house!! 

I want to nominate Monica for her outstanding customer service. She could have easily dismissed me as I am sure it was one more thing added to her busy day but she didn't! She went the extra mile and for that I am forever grateful. Also on a side note Pablo responded to one of my emails when Monica was off during this time.
