Big Bus Vancouver l Westcoast Sightseeing

On the final day of their vacation, after ten wonderful days in Alaska, a couple explored Vancouver on a hop-on, hop-off bus tour before heading to the airport. While riding the tram, the wife realized her phone was missing and feared it had fallen out on the bus that had just dropped them off. Feeling stressed, she contacted the bus company and spoke with Monica, who remained calm and reassuring while promising to alert drivers to keep an eye out for the phone.

Using her iPad, the guest tracked the phone’s location and shared the information with Monica, who was able to identify exactly which bus it was on. Although it was the end of her shift, Monica personally boarded the bus, found the phone, and called the couple before their flight departed. She quickly arranged shipping, and by Tuesday afternoon the phone was safely back at their home – an act of thoughtful service the couple will never forget.
