I left my cell phone in a taxi cab on my way to our office.  I called the concierge desk and spoke to Carly. She was so helpful in reviewing the tapes to pull the cab number.  She took the initiative to call the cab company, track down the driver and make arrangements for him to deliver the phone to my office.  This was her absolutely going above and beyond my expectations.
