After noticing a newlywed couple’s joy at check-in, Jaspreet wanted to make their stay extra special. Before beginning her overnight shift, she thoughtfully prepared a “LOVE” frame, a custom wooden wedding portrait, and a heartfelt note, coordinating the surprise in advance.

When the couple returned later that night, they were deeply touched by the gesture. They warmly thanked Jaspreet with hugs, and with a bottle of champagne waiting for them, their wedding stay became an unforgettable memory.
