We and another couple boarded a Park Tour after our Princess ship docked.  At stop P8 we stood in the rain while at least 5 buses passed us, as they were completely full.  We finally were picked up by an empty bus driven by Sherry. 



We explained that now we may miss our flights out of Vancouver, so she dropped us off down town so that we could take a taxi.  Out of the goodness of her heart she gave us her tip money to help pay for the taxi.  She should be commended by your company for going above and beyond.
